How It's Made
Beshr approached me with the task of showcasing their updated battery design. The main goal was to highlight this transformation—first by demonstrating the change from the old design to the new one, and then by presenting the updated product.
The sequence is structured as follows:
- Old Design Reveal – The animation starts with the original battery design
- Transformation – The lights go out, a powerful lightning strike hits the battery, and the outer layer disintegrates, revealing the updated look
- Close-ups – A detailed look at the new design
- Final Scene – The three battery variants (yellow, red, and blue) are presented together
Concept Sketches

The client loved the idea of a lightning strike charging the battery and transforming its design. And the final scene, as the batteries land, the sky begins to glow, and stars appear, emphasizing the energy and power of the product.
With the concept approved, it was time to move forward with scene creation and bring the animation to life.
Scene Development

The background effects, such as lightning and stars, were created in After Effects, while the final compositing and editing were done in Premiere Pro.
