Imperial – The Art of Minimalism in a Premium Style
Project Idea
For this portfolio project, I wanted to create a premium yet minimalist aesthetic. The focus was on contrast, clean composition, and subtle atmospheric details to enhance the perception of purity and exclusivity. The animation features smooth, flowing movements to reinforce the refined nature of the product.
Concept & Visual Style
The scenes are dark and moody, with dramatic lighting highlighting the bottle and its details:
- Opening Scene – A wide shot of water against a dark mountain silhouette, with a subtle sky glow and faint stars. This sets the tone for a pure yet mysterious atmosphere.
- Product Reveal – The bottle descends gently onto the water’s surface, initially visible only as a silhouette. As it makes contact, the scene transitions into a close-up shot where the product name emerges from the darkness.
- Abstract Water Formation – The bottle stands on a dark stone platform as liquid elegantly flows inside, weightlessly forming its shape. Caustic lighting plays in the background, enhancing the depth and luxury feel.
- Final Scene – The bottle plunges into the water, creating a trail of bubbles as the brand logo appears, concluding the sequence with a sense of purity and refinement.

A sophisticated and visually immersive representation of Imperial mineral water. The combination of controlled lighting, fluid animation, and minimalist composition delivers a high-end, premium aesthetic while maintaining an elegant simplicity.
